Charcuterie in Annapolis.
Maryland's capital celebrates on the water, in three-hundred-year-old rooms, and on rooftops above Main Street. Food for those rooms is our favourite job.

About Annapolis.
Annapolis has been Maryland's capital since 1694, and it wears the history lightly: brick streets sloping down to the water, Georgian townhouses shoulder to shoulder, and the Maryland State House — the oldest state capitol still in continuous legislative use — presiding over it all. Around the dome, everything funnels toward City Dock, where boats idle up the channel locals call Ego Alley to be seen and turn around.
It also calls itself America's Sailing Capital with a straight face. The harbor fills with racing sails on summer evenings, the United States Naval Academy anchors the east end of downtown, and twice a year the boat shows take over the waterfront entirely. This is a town that hosts constantly — commissionings, weddings, reunions, legislative receptions — and it hosts outdoors, on the water, whenever the weather allows.
For anyone planning an event here, that's the brief: rooms with history in the walls or water in the view, guests who have seen good hosting before, and a season that books itself out fast.
Where Annapolis gathers.
Where Annapolis actually celebrates — worth knowing whether or not we're catering it:
340 wooded acres between Harness Creek and the South River, with rentable pavilions, galleries and garden spaces that host weddings and reunions all season.
Rooftops over Main Street, gallery rooms, historic homes — small spaces with big views, which is exactly the kind of room a styled spread was made for.
Graduation, reunion and commissioning season ripples out of the Yard into homes, clubs and gardens across town — some of the busiest hosting weeks of the year.
Across Spa Creek, the maritime neighbourhood that once seceded as the "Maritime Republic of Eastport" — deck parties, boatyard gatherings, backyard crab feasts.
The Annapolis calendar.
The Annapolis year, from a caterer's side of the table:
The Naval Academy graduates a class, the Blue Angels fly, and every guest room and garden in town is full.
The spring and fall shows take over City Dock — the waterfront at its busiest, and hosting season with it.
West Street closes for artists and music on first Sundays — the arts-district end of downtown at its best.
How we serve Annapolis.
We're about thirty minutes up Route 50 in Gambrills, which makes Annapolis an easy run: everything is styled and in place before your guests find parking. Downtown's narrow historic rooms tend to suit boards placed around the space and individually sealed cups; tented waterfront weddings and Quiet Waters pavilions are where the grazing table earns its centrepiece reputation.
Wedding season on the water, commissioning weeks and the boat-show stretch book earliest here — if your date lands anywhere near them, check it now rather than later.

How much food do I need?+
Plan on 5–7 bites per guest when guests are grazing and mingling, and 8–10 when the graze stands in for a meal — that's why our mealtime portions run about half as much food again. The sizing calculator above works it out for you, or tell us your headcount and we'll size it honestly.
Can you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?+
Yes. Every menu is customizable, and dietary requirements are portioned and labelled separately so nothing gets mixed up. Tell us what your guests need — no pork, nut-free, vegetarian — and we'll build the board around it.
What's included in the price?+
Delivery, styling, on-site setup and cleanup are always included. Grazing tables are built on site and sized to your final guest count, leftovers are boxed for you, and the cart is staffed and bottomless for your 2-hour service window.
Is there a minimum guest count?+
Minimums apply to grazing tables and the mobile cart. For smaller gatherings, boards and cups scale down beautifully — from a single signature board up. Tell us your date and headcount and we'll recommend the right format.

Weekend dates in wedding season and the November–December stretch fill first. Checking your date takes about a minute and there's no obligation — we come back with a firm quote, usually the same day.

We arrive early, set up before your guests do, and style everything fresh on site. If you've booked the cart, we serve for your window and clear everything away after. You show up and enjoy your own party.
