About these terms

This site is operated by Grazing on the Go LLC. By using it, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please don't use the site. We can reach an arrangement that differs from these terms only in writing.

Estimates are not quotes

The sizing calculator and the rate card on this site produce estimates. They are a starting point built from typical portions and starting prices, and they are shown — and emailed — for planning purposes.

• An estimate is not an offer, a reservation, or a confirmed price. Nothing is booked until we confirm it with you in writing.
• Your final figure depends on your final guest count, format, menu, date and location, and is set out in the quote we send you.
• Prices shown on this site are per person, starting prices, and may change. Minimum guest counts apply to some formats.
• Submitting a form or receiving an estimate does not hold a date. Dates are held only when we confirm them.

Enquiries and bookings

When you send an enquiry, we aim to reply with a firm number promptly — usually the same day — subject to availability. Your booking, including payment, deposit, changes and cancellation, is governed by the quote and any agreement we provide and you accept for that event.

Food, allergies and dietary requirements

Menus are customizable, and we portion and label dietary items separately when you tell us what your guests need. Please tell us about allergies and dietary requirements before you book, so we can advise honestly whether we can meet them for your event. Our food is prepared with shared equipment and surfaces, and ingredients can change with availability, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free from a given allergen. If a guest has a severe allergy, speak to us directly.

Perishable food should be served and refrigerated appropriately. Once a spread has been set up and handed over at your event, its handling, service and storage are in your care.

Using this website

• Use the site lawfully, and don't attempt to disrupt, probe or overload it.
• Don't submit forms with false details, on someone else's behalf without their agreement, or for bulk or automated purposes.
• Don't copy, republish or use our text, photographs or branding without our written permission.

The content of this site — including its photographs, wording, logo and the calculator — belongs to Grazing on the Go LLC or is used with permission, and remains ours.

Links to other sites

We link to local organisations, venues and resources because they are genuinely useful. Those sites are not ours, we don't control them, and a link is not an endorsement or a statement that we have worked with them.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and details such as pricing, service areas and availability change. The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on an estimate. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy

Information you send through this site is handled as described in our privacy notice.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always appears here with its date. Your booking is governed by the terms in the agreement you accepted for that event.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and the courts of Maryland have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
