Weddings

Cocktail hour, handled — while you're away taking photos.

The hour between the ceremony and dinner is the hungriest of the day. We build the spread while you're at the altar and the photo line, so your guests walk into a cocktail hour that's already full.

The gap every wedding has.

The ceremony ends at four. Dinner lands at six. In between, everyone you love is standing on a lawn with a drink and nothing to eat — while you're across the venue taking the photos you'll keep forever.

That gap is where the cart earns its keep: staffed and served for your window, styled to your colours, the piece guests gather around the way they never gather around a passed tray. That's the part we handle.

The Full Table Promise

We size every order to your final guest count — not to a package, not to a guess.

Weddings run on final counts. Give us yours when RSVPs close — we size to that number, not to a package tier — and if we think you've ordered light for your crowd, we'll say so before you book, not after.

Before you book

What does yours need?

We've preset the calculator for weddings — change anything. The number updates as you go.

4-foot grazing table for 40 guests — from $1,000. We'll send this estimate to your inbox.

Minimum guest counts apply to grazing tables and the cart. Final quote depends on your guest count, format and location — tell us your date and we'll come back with a firm number, usually the same day.

How it goes

The day, start to finish.

01

We confirm your final guest count as RSVPs close — the order is sized to that number.

02

On the day, we arrive during the ceremony and build in the cocktail-hour space.

03

Everything is styled and full before the first guest wanders over from photos.

04

Cart service runs your window, then we clear it all away — your dinner caterer's plan is never touched.

Straight answers

What you're probably thinking.

“We already have a caterer for the reception.”

Perfect — dinner's covered. Cocktail hour is a different job: it starts while you're still at photos, usually in a different corner of the venue, and it has to look styled with nobody supervising it. We set up before guests arrive and clear away after, without touching your caterer's plan.

“How much do we actually need for one hour?”

Grazing portions — five to seven bites a guest — are built for exactly this window. Put your count into the calculator and you'll see the format, the size and the starting price before you talk to anyone.

“Our colours are very specific.”

Styled to your colours is part of every setup, not an upgrade. Send us your palette when you book.

“What about guests with allergies?”

Tell us when you book. Every menu is customizable, and dietary requirements are portioned and labelled separately so nobody has to ask what's safe.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far ahead should we book a wedding date?+

Weekend dates in wedding season fill first, and we're booking 2026 and 2027 now. If you have a date in mind, check it today — it takes about a minute and there's no obligation.

Can you set up while we're at the ceremony?+

That's the normal run of a wedding job: we arrive during the ceremony, build in the cocktail-hour space, and everything is styled and full before the first guest wanders over.

Cart or grazing table — which is right for a wedding?+

The cart is the showpiece: staffed and served for your window, and the thing guests photograph. A grazing table is the set centrepiece guests return to all evening. Give the calculator your count and let it recommend — or tell us about the day and we will.

When do you need our final guest count?+

When RSVPs settle. We size every order to your final count — that's the Full Table Promise — so we confirm your number with you before your date, and the order grows or trims with it.

What happens to the leftovers?+

From a grazing table, leftovers are boxed for you — they leave with you, not with us.

Where do you serve?+

We serve Annapolis, Crofton, Odenton, Severna Park, Bowie, Davidsonville, Glenn Dale, Mitchellville, Upper Marlboro, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. Somewhere else? Tell us where — we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

5.0 on Google.

Every review, five stars. The words our customers use most: charcuterie cart, cheeses, presentation.

One word: PHENOMENAL!!! From contacting Grazing on the Go to delivery, the process was seamless and excellent. I reached out to this business for my baby sprinkle and decided to order from them as a trial. Not only was the owner quick to respond, she was receptive to dietary changes and offered suggestions so that my family could enjoy the platter. What I did not know was that the owner was going to go above and beyond. She offered us an additional charcuterie board with salted caramel chocolate chip cookies that my husband devoured. My entire family raved about how the cheeses, fruits, nuts and other ingredients were incredibly fresh! We are excited to hire Grazing on the Go again and recommend anyone to do so as well. You will not be disappointed 🩷

I recently had the pleasure of attending an affair where Grazing On The Go mobile charcuterie catered the cocktail hour for the special event, and I can't praise them enough. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making the experience fun and enjoyable. They offered a customizable charcuterie board that perfectly catered to the tastes of every guest. The presentation was stunning, with an artful arrangement of succulent meats, a variety of rich cheeses, fresh fruits, colorful vegetables, and delightful accompaniments. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and I loved being able to experience such a high-quality spread. Everyone could not stop raving about the charcuterie cart, custom boards, and extraordinary cups; it was the highlight of the evening! I highly recommend Grazing On The Go for any event—whether it's a wedding reception, a party, wine festival, or a casual get-together. Their creativity and passion for what they do shine through, making any gathering not just a meal, but a memorable experience. I can't wait to book them for my next event!
