Something other than another sandwich platter.
Client days, town halls, launch weeks. A spread people actually cross the office for — priced per person, with paperwork your finance team won't have to chase.
You order food for work. Nobody thanks you for it..
Whoever books the food inherits three jobs: pick something everyone can eat, keep it inside the number finance approved, and get an invoice that doesn't need a follow-up email. The sandwich platter survives on being safe — not on anyone being glad to see it.
Cups solve the first job: individually portioned and sealed, dietary requirements labelled separately, delivered ready to put down. Per-person pricing solves the second — delivery, styling, setup and cleanup are in the number, with no service charge appearing later. The paperwork is the easy part.
We size every order to your final guest count — not to a package, not to a guess.
Headcount for a work event moves until the morning of. We size to your final number — and if the RSVP list says you've ordered light, we'll flag it before you book, not after.

For client days and town halls, the grazing table is built on site before doors open.
The invoice follows, itemised, with your PO reference on the paperwork.

Fine by us. Invoices are itemised, and we can carry a PO reference on the paperwork — tell us what your process needs and we'll match it.
That's the argument for cups: each one portioned and sealed, with dietary requirements labelled separately. Nobody interrogates a shared board; everybody just picks up the one with their name on the label.

Every review, five stars. The words our customers use most: charcuterie cart, cheeses, presentation.
One word: PHENOMENAL!!! From contacting Grazing on the Go to delivery, the process was seamless and excellent. I reached out to this business for my baby sprinkle and decided to order from them as a trial. Not only was the owner quick to respond, she was receptive to dietary changes and offered suggestions so that my family could enjoy the platter. What I did not know was that the owner was going to go above and beyond. She offered us an additional charcuterie board with salted caramel chocolate chip cookies that my husband devoured. My entire family raved about how the cheeses, fruits, nuts and other ingredients were incredibly fresh! We are excited to hire Grazing on the Go again and recommend anyone to do so as well. You will not be disappointed 🩷
I recently had the pleasure of attending an affair where Grazing On The Go mobile charcuterie catered the cocktail hour for the special event, and I can't praise them enough. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making the experience fun and enjoyable. They offered a customizable charcuterie board that perfectly catered to the tastes of every guest. The presentation was stunning, with an artful arrangement of succulent meats, a variety of rich cheeses, fresh fruits, colorful vegetables, and delightful accompaniments. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and I loved being able to experience such a high-quality spread. Everyone could not stop raving about the charcuterie cart, custom boards, and extraordinary cups; it was the highlight of the evening! I highly recommend Grazing On The Go for any event—whether it's a wedding reception, a party, wine festival, or a casual get-together. Their creativity and passion for what they do shine through, making any gathering not just a meal, but a memorable experience. I can't wait to book them for my next event!
I had the pleasure of attending a gathering where I pleasantly enjoyed some of the most tasty treats and the decor was beautifully arranged. I definitely will be hiring this business to cater my next event.
