Delivered and set up at your house.
You answer the door; we do the rest. The spread is styled and full before the first aunt arrives — and the guest of honour gets a plate built just for her.
You're hosting this at home.
A baby shower usually lands in somebody's living room — which means somebody spends it in the kitchen. Arranging trays through the games, refilling bowls through the gifts, hosting the party from the wrong room.
We carry that part in the door for you: delivered, styled and set up before guests arrive, and the leftovers boxed for you after. You stay in the room.
We size every order to your final guest count — not to a package, not to a guess.
RSVPs for showers wobble until the last week. We size to your final count, not a guess — and if the list grows, the order grows with it.
What does yours need?
We've preset the calculator for baby showers — change anything. The number updates as you go.

Minimum guest counts apply to grazing tables and the cart. Final quote depends on your guest count, format and location — tell us your date and we'll come back with a firm number, usually the same day.
The day, start to finish.
Tell us the count and what the mom-to-be is avoiding — her plate is built and labelled separately.
We deliver and set up at the house before guests arrive; you answer the door and that's the whole job.
The table is built on site; boards are placed around the room; cups arrive sealed and ready to put down.
Afterwards, leftovers are boxed — nothing for the host to break down.
What you're probably thinking.
Tell us what she's avoiding, and we'll build her plate around it — portioned and labelled separately, so she's not guessing at her own party. It's her day; she shouldn't be the one eating crackers in the corner.
The grazing table is built on site — dining table, kitchen island, whatever the room gives us. Boards need even less: built to order and placed around the room. And cups need only a spot by the door.
Cups are individually portioned and sealed — nothing shared, nothing to clean up. Tables and boards arrive styled and leave tidy: leftovers boxed, nothing for you to break down.
Which format works best in a house?+
All three, honestly — it depends on the room. A dining table becomes a grazing table; boards spread the food around smaller spaces and keep people moving; cups suit a shower where guests drift in and out. Give the calculator your count and it will recommend.
Can you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?+
Yes. Every menu is customizable, and dietary requirements are portioned and labelled separately so nothing gets mixed up. Tell us what your guests need — no pork, nut-free, vegetarian — and we'll build the board around it.
How much food do I need?+
Plan on 5–7 bites per guest when guests are grazing and mingling, and 8–10 when the graze stands in for a meal — that's why our mealtime portions run about half as much food again. The sizing calculator above works it out for you, or tell us your headcount and we'll size it honestly.
What's included in the price?+
Delivery, styling, on-site setup and cleanup are always included. Grazing tables are built on site and sized to your final guest count, leftovers are boxed for you, and the cart is staffed and bottomless for your 2-hour service window.
How far in advance should I book?+
Weekend dates in wedding season and the November–December stretch fill first. Checking your date takes about a minute and there's no obligation — we come back with a firm quote, usually the same day.
Where do you serve?+
We serve Annapolis, Crofton, Odenton, Severna Park, Bowie, Davidsonville, Glenn Dale, Mitchellville, Upper Marlboro, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. Somewhere else? Tell us where — we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Every review, five stars. The words our customers use most: charcuterie cart, cheeses, presentation.
One word: PHENOMENAL!!! From contacting Grazing on the Go to delivery, the process was seamless and excellent. I reached out to this business for my baby sprinkle and decided to order from them as a trial. Not only was the owner quick to respond, she was receptive to dietary changes and offered suggestions so that my family could enjoy the platter. What I did not know was that the owner was going to go above and beyond. She offered us an additional charcuterie board with salted caramel chocolate chip cookies that my husband devoured. My entire family raved about how the cheeses, fruits, nuts and other ingredients were incredibly fresh! We are excited to hire Grazing on the Go again and recommend anyone to do so as well. You will not be disappointed 🩷
I recently had the pleasure of attending an affair where Grazing On The Go mobile charcuterie catered the cocktail hour for the special event, and I can't praise them enough. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making the experience fun and enjoyable. They offered a customizable charcuterie board that perfectly catered to the tastes of every guest. The presentation was stunning, with an artful arrangement of succulent meats, a variety of rich cheeses, fresh fruits, colorful vegetables, and delightful accompaniments. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and I loved being able to experience such a high-quality spread. Everyone could not stop raving about the charcuterie cart, custom boards, and extraordinary cups; it was the highlight of the evening! I highly recommend Grazing On The Go for any event—whether it's a wedding reception, a party, wine festival, or a casual get-together. Their creativity and passion for what they do shine through, making any gathering not just a meal, but a memorable experience. I can't wait to book them for my next event!
