Charcuterie in Washington, DC.
Gallery receptions, office town halls, Capitol Hill rowhouse birthdays — the capital hosts every night of the week, and we deliver into all of it.

About Washington, DC.
Washington runs on gatherings: association receptions, conference happy hours, gallery openings, retirement send-offs on office rooftops with monument views. It is a city where "light refreshments will be served" appears on more invitations per capita than anywhere in America.
It is also a city of neighbourhoods that entertain at home — Capitol Hill rowhouses, Shaw lofts, Brookland backyards — where a styled grazing table turns a narrow parlour into the party.
And its calendar peaks hard: cherry-blossom spring, fall conference season, and the December stretch when every office in town wants its holiday party on the same three weekends. The hosts who book early get the dates.
Where Washington, DC gathers.
The capital, from an event side:
The city's official visitor bureau — its calendar is the master list of what Washington is celebrating in any given week.
The official convention and events authority — the conference and trade-show engine that fills the city's meeting rooms.
The backdrop. The offices, galleries and rooftops around it are where the receptions actually happen.
Capitol Hill, Shaw, Brookland, Georgetown — each with its own hosting style, from rowhouse parlours to rooftop decks.
The Washington, DC calendar.
The Washington year:
The season opener — four weeks when the whole city entertains.
Association season fills the calendar with receptions, board dinners and welcome tables.
The three weekends every office wants. Book earliest for these.
How we serve Washington, DC.
DC is about forty-five minutes from our Gambrills base — and since boards and tables book days ahead, distance isn't the constraint people assume. Tell us the building's rules — dock, badge-in, elevator, delivery window — and we arrive inside them, everything ready to put down.
Sealed cups and boxes are the office move: portioned, labelled, no shared serving. For the rowhouse birthday or the gallery reception, the grazing table is built on site and styled to the room.

How much food do I need?+
Plan on 5–7 bites per guest when guests are grazing and mingling, and 8–10 when the graze stands in for a meal — that's why our mealtime portions run about half as much food again. The sizing calculator above works it out for you, or tell us your headcount and we'll size it honestly.
Can you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?+
Yes. Every menu is customizable, and dietary requirements are portioned and labelled separately so nothing gets mixed up. Tell us what your guests need — no pork, nut-free, vegetarian — and we'll build the board around it.
What's included in the price?+
Delivery, styling, on-site setup and cleanup are always included. Grazing tables are built on site and sized to your final guest count, leftovers are boxed for you, and the cart is staffed and bottomless for your 2-hour service window.
Is there a minimum guest count?+
Minimums apply to grazing tables and the mobile cart. For smaller gatherings, boards and cups scale down beautifully — from a single signature board up. Tell us your date and headcount and we'll recommend the right format.
How far in advance should I book?+
Weekend dates in wedding season and the November–December stretch fill first. Checking your date takes about a minute and there's no obligation — we come back with a firm quote, usually the same day.
What happens on the day of my event?+
We arrive early, set up before your guests do, and style everything fresh on site. If you've booked the cart, we serve for your window and clear everything away after. You show up and enjoy your own party.
