Charcuterie in Odenton.
A town born at a rail junction, next door to Fort Meade — two calendars, two kinds of celebration, one spread worth crossing the room for.

About Odenton.
Odenton exists because two railroads crossed here in the 1870s, and rail still sets its rhythm: the MARC Penn Line station in the middle of town is one of the system's busiest, carrying commuters to Baltimore and Washington every morning and delivering them back to one of the fastest-growing corners of Anne Arundel County every night.
The other rhythm is Fort George G. Meade, directly next door — home to U.S. Cyber Command and the National Security Agency, and one of the largest workforces in Maryland. Military life runs on ceremony: promotions, retirements, changes of command, and the hail-and-farewell gatherings that mark every arriving and departing family. Most of those celebrations land just off-post, in Odenton party rooms, Piney Orchard clubhouses and family kitchens.
Between the two runs the neighbourhood calendar — Piney Orchard's pools and pavilions, Seven Oaks birthdays, graduation cookouts — the ordinary hosting of a town where somebody new is always arriving and somebody is always being sent off properly.
Where Odenton gathers.
Where Odenton gathers:
The planned community on the south side — clubhouses, pavilions and pools that host a steady run of showers, birthdays and community events.
The post next door shapes half the town's celebrations — units and families marking promotions, retirements and PCS farewells, usually at gatherings just off-post.
Keepers of the rail-town story, with a historic hall in the old town centre and programs through the year.
The county's big modern branch in the town centre — meeting rooms, programs and a community calendar that stays full.
The Odenton calendar.
The Odenton year:
Military moving season — the peak of hail-and-farewells, promotion parties and unit send-offs.
Pool openings to holiday gatherings, run from the community's own calendar.
Not an event — but the timetable half the town plans its evenings around.
How we serve Odenton.
We're in Gambrills, ten to fifteen minutes from most of Odenton, which suits the way this town books: unit functions and family send-offs often come together on short notice, and being close means a tight window is workable. Individual cups travel cleanly into an office or a unit function where shared platters are a headache — sealed, labelled, nothing to clean up.
For the promotion party at the house or the shower at the clubhouse, the grazing table is built on site and styled to your colours — the photo everyone stands beside before the toasts.

How much does it cost?+
Everything is priced per person, starting at $15 for individual cups & boxes, $19 for charcuterie boards, $25 for grazing tables, and $30 for the staffed cart. Delivery, styling, setup and cleanup are included — there's no separate service charge. Tell us your date and guest count and we'll come back with a firm number, usually the same day.
How much food do I need?+
Plan on 5–7 bites per guest when guests are grazing and mingling, and 8–10 when the graze stands in for a meal — that's why our mealtime portions run about half as much food again. The sizing calculator above works it out for you, or tell us your headcount and we'll size it honestly.
Can you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?+
Yes. Every menu is customizable, and dietary requirements are portioned and labelled separately so nothing gets mixed up. Tell us what your guests need — no pork, nut-free, vegetarian — and we'll build the board around it.
What's included in the price?+
Delivery, styling, on-site setup and cleanup are always included. Grazing tables are built on site and sized to your final guest count, leftovers are boxed for you, and the cart is staffed and bottomless for your 2-hour service window.
Is there a minimum guest count?+
Minimums apply to grazing tables and the mobile cart. For smaller gatherings, boards and cups scale down beautifully — from a single signature board up. Tell us your date and headcount and we'll recommend the right format.
How far in advance should I book?+
Weekend dates in wedding season and the November–December stretch fill first. Checking your date takes about a minute and there's no obligation — we come back with a firm quote, usually the same day.
What happens on the day of my event?+
We arrive early, set up before your guests do, and style everything fresh on site. If you've booked the cart, we serve for your window and clear everything away after. You show up and enjoy your own party.
