We ask for as little as possible, use it to answer your request, and never sell it. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to have it removed.

Who we are
Grazing on the Go LLC is a mobile charcuterie business based in Gambrills, Maryland, serving Annapolis, Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. We are responsible for the information described here. You can reach us any time at info@grazingonthego.com or (443) 333-1093.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site — checking your date, or asking us to email you an estimate — we receive the contact details you provide and the details of the event you are planning. Only a few fields are required; everything else is optional.
Like most websites, we also receive standard technical information automatically, such as server logs, and we measure how the site is used so we can improve it.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. We use a small number of cookies to make the site work properly and to measure how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site's forms and calculator will still work.
How we use your information
- To answer your request — to prepare your estimate, check your date, and reply to you.
- To send you the estimate you asked for, along with occasional follow-up emails about it. Every one includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them right away.
- To send news and offers — only if you asked for them. That is a separate choice you make on the availability form. Requesting an estimate does not add you to it.
- To run and improve the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We use trusted service providers to help us run the business — for things like hosting the website, storing enquiries and sending email — and they may only use your information to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. If you ask us to delete your details, we will do so except where we are required to retain something. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email. This does not affect emails about a booking you have made.
- Ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@grazingonthego.com and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have these as legal rights — we honour the request either way.
- Choose how we reach you. Tell us your preferred contact method on the form, and we will use it.
Security
Information sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection, and access to our records is limited to the people who need it to answer you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging catering. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
