Light refreshments for your ribbon cutting.
The invitation says light refreshments will be served. We're what that looks like when you mean it.
Everyone is looking at your business today.
A ribbon cutting is the one day the chamber, the neighbours and the local press all stand in your space at once. The food doesn't need to be dinner — it needs to say what your signage says: this place has its act together.
Boards placed around the room keep the crowd circulating past everything you want seen. Cups put one sealed, styled portion in every hand — no plates, no queue, no mess on opening day.
We size every order to your final guest count — not to a package, not to a guess.
Foot traffic is the great unknown of an opening. Tell us your best guess; the calculator shows what it needs, and we'll tell you honestly whether the number looks light — before you book, not after.
What does yours need?
We've preset the calculator for grand openings — change anything. The number updates as you go.

The day, start to finish.
Tell us your best traffic guess — we'll size it honestly, with the calculator as the floor.
Everything arrives finished and styled before your doors open.
Boards keep the crowd circulating; cups go one to a hand at the door.
You cut the ribbon; the table takes care of itself.
What you're probably thinking.
Nobody does, at an opening. Start from your invite list and the calculator's recommendation, and we'll talk it through honestly — light refreshments are forgiving, and grazing portions stretch across a come-and-go crowd better than plated anything.
Which is why everything arrives finished: boards built and ready to serve, cups ready to put down, all styled and in place before your doors open. You cut the ribbon; the table takes care of itself.
Styled to your colours comes standard — send us your palette, and the spread reads like part of the launch, not something ordered in.
Boards or cups for a grand opening?+
Cups for a bigger, come-and-go crowd — grab one, keep moving, nothing shared. Boards for a smaller open house of an opening, where people linger. Plenty of openings run both: cups by the door, a board where you want people to stop.
Can you set up before our doors open?+
Always — everything is delivered, styled and in place before guests arrive. Tell us your opening time and the setup window works back from it.
How much does it cost?+
Everything is priced per person, starting at $15 for individual cups & boxes, $19 for charcuterie boards, $25 for grazing tables, and $30 for the staffed cart. Delivery, styling, setup and cleanup are included — there's no separate service charge. Tell us your date and guest count and we'll come back with a firm number, usually the same day.
How much food do I need?+
Plan on 5–7 bites per guest when guests are grazing and mingling, and 8–10 when the graze stands in for a meal — that's why our mealtime portions run about half as much food again. The sizing calculator above works it out for you, or tell us your headcount and we'll size it honestly.
How far in advance should I book?+
Weekend dates in wedding season and the November–December stretch fill first. Checking your date takes about a minute and there's no obligation — we come back with a firm quote, usually the same day.
Where do you serve?+
We serve Annapolis, Crofton, Odenton, Severna Park, Bowie, Davidsonville, Glenn Dale, Mitchellville, Upper Marlboro, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. Somewhere else? Tell us where — we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Every review, five stars. The words our customers use most: charcuterie cart, cheeses, presentation.
One word: PHENOMENAL!!! From contacting Grazing on the Go to delivery, the process was seamless and excellent. I reached out to this business for my baby sprinkle and decided to order from them as a trial. Not only was the owner quick to respond, she was receptive to dietary changes and offered suggestions so that my family could enjoy the platter. What I did not know was that the owner was going to go above and beyond. She offered us an additional charcuterie board with salted caramel chocolate chip cookies that my husband devoured. My entire family raved about how the cheeses, fruits, nuts and other ingredients were incredibly fresh! We are excited to hire Grazing on the Go again and recommend anyone to do so as well. You will not be disappointed 🩷
I recently had the pleasure of attending an affair where Grazing On The Go mobile charcuterie catered the cocktail hour for the special event, and I can't praise them enough. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making the experience fun and enjoyable. They offered a customizable charcuterie board that perfectly catered to the tastes of every guest. The presentation was stunning, with an artful arrangement of succulent meats, a variety of rich cheeses, fresh fruits, colorful vegetables, and delightful accompaniments. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and I loved being able to experience such a high-quality spread. Everyone could not stop raving about the charcuterie cart, custom boards, and extraordinary cups; it was the highlight of the evening! I highly recommend Grazing On The Go for any event—whether it's a wedding reception, a party, wine festival, or a casual get-together. Their creativity and passion for what they do shine through, making any gathering not just a meal, but a memorable experience. I can't wait to book them for my next event!
