Open Houses

Individually boxed. Nothing to clean up.

The listing stays spotless, the visitors linger longer, and the only thing left on the counter afterwards is your business card.

Food in a listed house is a risk you're choosing.

Every agent knows the maths: food makes visitors stay, and staying sells houses. But a cheese platter on a staged kitchen island is crumbs on the counters, a dropped grape on the carpet, and a sink you're wiping down before the next showing.

Sealed cups and boxes change the deal. One portion per visitor, picked up in one hand, out the door with them. Nothing shared, nothing to clean up — the house shows the way it was staged.

The Full Table Promise

We size every order to your final guest count — not to a package, not to a guess.

Tell us the traffic you're expecting and we'll size to it honestly — enough that the last visitor of the afternoon gets the same welcome as the first.

Straight answers

What you're probably thinking.

“The marketing budget on this listing is tight.”

Per-person pricing scales to the listing — and plenty of agents split the cost with their lender or title partner as the event sponsor. We're happy to set their card beside the boxes.

“I can't stand around waiting for a delivery.”

Tell us your setup window. Everything arrives ready to put down, so the spread is out before your first visitor rings the bell.

“Don't boxes read as cheap?”

They're built like the boards are — cured meats, cheeses, fruit, house accompaniments — sealed and styled. Presentation is the word our reviews keep using.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many should I order for an open house?+

Work from your expected traffic, not the invite list — drive-bys count. Put the number into the calculator for a starting point, and we'll talk it through honestly when you book.

Cups or boards for an open house?+

Cups and boxes, almost always — sealed, one-handed, and they leave with the visitor. A board suits a broker's open, where agents stand and talk. If in doubt, tell us the showing and we'll recommend.

Can my lender sponsor the spread?+

Happily — it's common. They cover part of the cost, their card sits beside the boxes, and everybody's brand has a good afternoon.

How much does it cost?+

Everything is priced per person, starting at $15 for individual cups & boxes, $19 for charcuterie boards, $25 for grazing tables, and $30 for the staffed cart. Delivery, styling, setup and cleanup are included — there's no separate service charge. Tell us your date and guest count and we'll come back with a firm number, usually the same day.

How far in advance should I book?+

Weekend dates in wedding season and the November–December stretch fill first. Checking your date takes about a minute and there's no obligation — we come back with a firm quote, usually the same day.

Where do you serve?+

We serve Annapolis, Crofton, Odenton, Severna Park, Bowie, Davidsonville, Glenn Dale, Mitchellville, Upper Marlboro, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. Somewhere else? Tell us where — we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

5.0 on Google.

Every review, five stars. The words our customers use most: charcuterie cart, cheeses, presentation.

One word: PHENOMENAL!!! From contacting Grazing on the Go to delivery, the process was seamless and excellent. I reached out to this business for my baby sprinkle and decided to order from them as a trial. Not only was the owner quick to respond, she was receptive to dietary changes and offered suggestions so that my family could enjoy the platter. What I did not know was that the owner was going to go above and beyond. She offered us an additional charcuterie board with salted caramel chocolate chip cookies that my husband devoured. My entire family raved about how the cheeses, fruits, nuts and other ingredients were incredibly fresh! We are excited to hire Grazing on the Go again and recommend anyone to do so as well. You will not be disappointed 🩷

I recently had the pleasure of attending an affair where Grazing On The Go mobile charcuterie catered the cocktail hour for the special event, and I can't praise them enough. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making the experience fun and enjoyable. They offered a customizable charcuterie board that perfectly catered to the tastes of every guest. The presentation was stunning, with an artful arrangement of succulent meats, a variety of rich cheeses, fresh fruits, colorful vegetables, and delightful accompaniments. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and I loved being able to experience such a high-quality spread. Everyone could not stop raving about the charcuterie cart, custom boards, and extraordinary cups; it was the highlight of the evening! I highly recommend Grazing On The Go for any event—whether it's a wedding reception, a party, wine festival, or a casual get-together. Their creativity and passion for what they do shine through, making any gathering not just a meal, but a memorable experience. I can't wait to book them for my next event!
